Nestled on one of the highest points in Treasure Beach, Lignum Garden offers stunning panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea and magnificent sunsets from the large, shaded verandah that spans the length of the home. A winding flight of stairs will bring you up to this lovely cottage. Wake up to views of the Caribbean Sea and retreat into sunsets and stargazing. Nights here offer courtyard seats under the stars for sublime views of our little part of the cosmos.
Only a 10-minute walk to the sea — Lignum Garden is a simple architectural delight. This open-design 2-bedroom cottage includes an office workspace overlooking the sea, a cozy sitting nook, a formal dining area, a breakfast bar, and a fully equipped kitchen.
Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, double doors leading out to the verandah, a large closet, standing fans, a room safe, and direct access to outdoor spaces and outdoor showers.
One bedroom has a king bed plus a single bed and is adjacent to the gazebo courtyard. The second bedroom has a king bed and is adjacent to the lignum vitae tree shaded courtyard. Both bedrooms offer stunning sea views.
There is support in retreat, and here, you’re family. We’ll work with you to plan and prepare your meals and ensure that the home and grounds continue to inspire the best from your time here. Our family extends beyond Lignum Garden, and our community partners are here to provide even more support with island tours, hiking, biking and boating excursions, private at-home yoga sessions, therapeutic massage by some of the best practitioners in Jamaica, and things to do in the area.

Thank you Kirth for such as beautiful stay and experience in Treasure Beach. From the home cooked meals from (Natalie), support from the home caretaker (Tacky) who made sure we were taken care of the entire trip to the beautiful people of Treasure Beach, we truly can't say enough.
The team helped us arrange many tours, transportation and local excursions, which can be difficult if your new to an area. With their help, everything was seamless.
The home is clean, has beautiful unique architecture and is stylishly designed and decorated. The view from the home is a gorgeous view with lush vegetation, ocean and sunset. That's something you just can't get unless you stay at Lignum Gardens.
Staying here, was restorative, grounding and invigorating all at the same time. There's medicinal trees all over the property right at your fingertips and the Treasure Beach area is an unforgettable place to visit. The home is perch up high and nestled in nature with all its inhabitants, enjoy the beautiful journey up the steps to the property and embrace the surrounding nature. Bring outdoor-sy shoes and have fun!

This is a stunning property, beautifully designed and furnished. Fully equipped with all necessities. The location is a little distance up from the coast and it is quiet and peaceful. The view from the terrace is gorgeous - great place to watch the sun go down. Tacky, the caretaker was incredibly helpful and pleasant.
Lignum Garden was absolutely beautiful inside and out. I loved all of the small details throughout the space. You can tell that much thought was put into it.
The check-in was seamless. I appreciated the tour on arrival. Kirth the host checked in multiple times to ensure that we were comfortable and didn’t have any needs.
I have stayed in at least 15 airbnbs throughout Jamaica and can honestly say this is in the top (2), if not my favourite.
I feel I cannot end this review without mentioning the view. Spectacular.
If staying in the treasure beach area and needing accommodations you will not be disappointed.
We all had a wonderful time here. Kirth and the staffs were compassionate and effective communicators. I can see this house being featured on The Local Project or Amazing Vacation Rentals.
Amazing view. Away from the hustle and bustle. Surrounded by nature. We saw wild goats, a large hermit crab, many butterflies and numerous birds. The front porch offers wonderful views whether the sun is shinning or there is a thunderstorm. The sunsets were outstanding. This is the perfect place to get away from it all. The area beaches are quiet, almost completely to yourself and beautiful. We ate at a place called Hold A Vibz - amazing fruit smoothies and BLT sandwiches. Jack Sprat was also close by and good food, with a great atmosphere.
If requested someone will cook meals for you, stock your refrigerator based on requests. If you do not want to bother with cooking and want to enjoy some authentic Jamaican food - it is well worth it. We had steamed white fish one night and jerk chicken another evening. Natalie even brought cheese cake for dessert one night and ice cream on fried pineapple the second night.
The place was very clean, well maintained and welcoming. It has a lot of character - unique place to stay. It is a bit of a climb to the house - several stairs - so be prepared. We were told they are working on a new driveway closer up to the house to make it an easier entrance to the home.

Lignum Garden was a fantastic find. It was not hard to spot and the directions we got were easy to follow. The decor was amazing, both rustic and luxurious, and the rooms are very spacious. This is one of the best stocked places I've ever rented, with many fans, flashlights, and other necessities. They truly have everything you could need. It was also close to many nice places to eat, swim and chill out and their is clear guidance about which places are the safest to swim.
Kirth was so accommodating and communicative. He made sure we were in touch with the property supervisors and helped us find tours to book while at Lignum.
Lastly, Tacky the caretaker was a true star. He was fun to chat with, and explained all the security needs as well as giving us some helpful local tips (and a watermelon he had spare). We've already recommended Lignum Garden to our friends and family both local and abroad and many of them are planning on making a booking. We can't wait to return.

The place is very nice and has two spacious rooms with separate Bathrooms. The kitchen/dining room/ living room is giant, so a lot of people fit in. Since the kitchen is well equipped, we named it Daiquiri Mansion and had a nice drink on the Terrasse all evenings.
Also in need, everyone is quickly reachable and very helpful.
